I kindly ask that any cancellations to an appointment be made no less than 48 hours in advance out of respect for not only my time but also for the time of any other clients who are waiting to get an appointment with me.

I do understand that unforeseen life situations come up so if you need to cancel last minute for any reason more than twice to book any future appointments I will ask for a non refundable deposit of 50% of your service charge to reserve my time.
